✧ what is specific to Ali, apart from the former and latter from Fatimah, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and a part of him, and the lady of the women of Paradise, except Maryam, the daughter of Imran.

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ §خَطَبَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ فَاطِمَةَ فَقَالَ

رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّهَا صَغِيرَةٌ» فَخَطَبَ عَلِيٌّ فَزَوَّجَهَا مِنْهُ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'She is young.' Then 'Ali proposed and he married her to him.
