✧ The intensification of resentment towards the Ansar

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ آدَمَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يَبْغَضُ الْأَنْصَارَ رَجُلٌ يُؤْمِنْ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “No man who believes in Allah and the Last Day hates the Ansar.”
