al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 805

✧ The prohibition of a man rushing in the direction of the mosque.

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ رَأَى بُصَاقًا فِي جِدَارِ الْقِبْلَةِ فَحَكَّهُ ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَى النَّاسِ فَقَالَ «إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُكُمْ يُصَلِّي فَلَا يَبْزُقْ قِبَلَ وَجْهِهِ فَإِنَّ اللهَ قِبَلَ وَجْهِهِ إِذَا صَلَّى»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw spittle on the wall facing the qiblah, so he scraped it off. Then he turned to the people and said: 'When one of you is praying, let him not spit in front of his face, for Allah is in front of his face when he prays.'
