أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ زَنْجَوَيْهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ وَالْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ

جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ مِنْهَا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ غَيْرَ الْجِمَاعِ فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ ﷻ {وَأَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ طَرَفَيِ النَّهَارِ} [هود 114]

✧ A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: O Messenger of Allah, I have done everything with her except intercourse. Then Allah, Exalted and Glorious, revealed: {And establish prayer at the two ends of the day} [Hud 114].
