al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 7208

✧ The limitation of a man's stay to his wife when she commits adultery.

أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ هُوَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا زَنَتْ أَمَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا وَلَا يُعَنِّفْهَا فَإِنْ زَنَتْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا فَإِنْ زَنَتْ فَلْيَبِعْهَا وَلَوْ بِحَبْلٍ مِنْ شَعْرٍ أَوْ بِضَفِيرٍ مِنْ شَعْرٍ»

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "If the slave woman of any of you commits adultery, let him flog her and not rebuke her; if she commits adultery, let him flog her; if she commits adultery, let him sell her, even for a rope of hair or a braid of hair."
