✧ The limitation of a man's stay to his wife when she commits adultery.

أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ سَمِعَهُ يَقُولُ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا زَنَتْ أَمَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ فَتَبَيَّنَ زِنَاهَا فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا الْحَدَّ وَلَا يُثَرِّبْ عَلَيْهَا ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا الْحَدَّ وَلَا يُثَرِّبْ عَلَيْهَا وَإِنْ زَنَتِ الثَّالِثَةَ فَتَبَيَّنَ زِنَاهَا فَلْيَبِعْهَا وَلَوْ بِحَبْلٍ مِنْ شَعْرٍ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "If the slave woman of any of you commits adultery and her adultery becomes clear, let him flog her the prescribed punishment and not blame her; then if she commits adultery, let him flog her the prescribed punishment and not blame her; and if she commits adultery a third time and her adultery becomes clear, let him sell her, even for a rope of hair."
