أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
«قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الْمُكَاتَبِ يُقْتَلُ بِدِيَةِ الْحُرِّ عَلَى قَدْرِ مَا أَدَّى»
