أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «عَقْلُ الْكَافِرِ نِصْفُ عَقْلِ الْمُؤْمِنِ»

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The blood money of the disbeliever is half the blood money of the believer."
