أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ الْخَلِيلِ الْبَصْرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ مُنْيَةَ

أَنَّهُ قَاتَلَ رَجُلًا فَعَضَّ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ فَانْتَزَعَ يَدَهُ مِنْ فِيهِ فَقَلَعَ سِنَّهُ فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «يَعَضُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ كَمَا يَعَضُّ الْبَكْرُ» فَأَبطَلَهَا

Translation

✧ He fought a man, and one of them bit his companion, so he pulled his hand out of his mouth and knocked out his tooth. That was brought to the Prophet ﷺ, and he said: "One of you bites his brother as the young camel bites?" So he invalidated it.
