أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زُرَارَةُ بْنُ أَوْفَى عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا عَضَّ ذِرَاعَ رَجُلٍ فَانْتَزَعَ ثَنِيَّتَهُ فَانْطَلَقَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ «أَرَدْتَ أَنْ تَقْضَمَ ذِرَاعَ أَخِيكَ كَمَا يَقْضَمُ الْفَحْلُ» فَأَبْطَلَهَا

Translation

✧ A man bit the forearm of another man, so he pulled out his front tooth. He went to the Prophet ﷺ and mentioned that to him. He said: "You wanted to bite the forearm of your brother as the stallion bites?" So he invalidated it.
