أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَيَّانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبو زُرْعَةَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَرِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِلَحْمٍ فَرَفَعَ إِلَيْهِ الذِّرَاعَ وَكَانَتْ تُعْجِبُهُ فَنَهَسَ مِنْهَا

Translation

✧ Meat was brought to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and the foreleg was raised toward him, which he liked, so he bit off some of it.
