أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جَمِيلِ بْنِ طَرِيفٍ الْبَلْخِيُّ وَأَبُو عَمْرٍو الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأنا أَسْمَعُ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ وَلَا الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The Muslim does not inherit from the disbeliever, nor does the disbeliever inherit from the Muslim.'
