أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنِ ابْنِ الْهَادِ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا يَرِثُ الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ وَلَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ»
