أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَائِذٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَنَا وَلِيُّ مَنْ لَا وَلِيَّ لَهُ أَرِثُهُ وَأَفُكُّ عَنْهُ وَالْخَالُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لَا وَلِيَّ لَهُ يَرِثُهُ وَيَفُكُّ عَنْهُ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “I am the guardian of the one who has no guardian; I inherit from him and ransom him. And the maternal uncle is the guardian of the one who has no guardian; he inherits from him and ransoms him.”
