✧ Inheritance of a newborn if they have reached puberty.

أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُوسَى الْبَلْخِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الصَّبِيُّ إِذَا اسْتَهَلَّ وَرِثَ وَصُلِّيَ عَلَيْهِ»

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: “A newborn, if it makes a sound, is inherited from and prayed over.”
