أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ عَنْ بُدَيْلٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَامِرٍ الْهَوْزَنِيِّ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ الْكِنْدِيِّ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَا مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ أَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَأَفُكُّ عَانَهُ وَالْخَالُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ يَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَيَفُكُّ عَانَهُ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'I am the guardian of the one who has no guardian: I inherit his wealth and pay his ransom. The maternal uncle is the guardian of the one who has no guardian: he inherits his wealth and pays his ransom.'
