أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ» خَالَفَهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ وَلَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever brings life to a dead land, it is his, and there is no right for an unjust root." Yahya b. Sa'id and Layth b. Sa'd differed from him.
