✧ The license for the deceased's husband to sleep wherever she wants.

أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ابْنِ عُلَيَّةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَرْقَاءُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ قَالَ عَطَاءٌ

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ نَسَخَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ عِدَّتَهَا فِي أَهْلِهَا فَتَعْتَدُّ حَيْثُ شَاءَتْ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ اللهِ تَعَالَى {غَيْرَ إِخْرَاجٍ} [البقرة 240]

✧ Ibn ʿAbbās said: “This verse abrogated her waiting period in her family; she may observe it wherever she wishes. That is the saying of Allah, the Exalted: ‘without being turned out’ [al-Baqarah: 240].”
