أَخْبَرَنَا مُجَاهِدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْبَغْدَادِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ بَشِيرٍ الْوَاسِطِيَّ عَنْ أَبِي بَلْجٍ وَاسْمُهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاطِبٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «فَصْلُ مَا بَيْنَ الْحَلَالِ وَالْحَرَامِ الدُّفُّ وَالصَّوْتُ فِي النِّكَاحِ»
