أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ عَنْ سَلَّامِ بْنِ أَبِي مُطِيعٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ يَقُولُ مَا أَسْكَرَ نَبِيذُ سِقَاءٍ قَطُّ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِقَتَادَةَ إِنَّ §فُلَانًا شَرِبَ نَبِيذَ سِقَاءٍ فَسَكِرَ قَالَ «لَيْسَ كَذَلِكَ نَبِيذُ السِّقَاءِ إِنَّمَا السِّقَاءُ

أَنْ لَا يُنْبَذَ عَلَى عَكَرٍ وَيُشَدُّ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ حَيْثُ يَبْلُغُ وَإِنَّهُ إِذَا بَلَغَ فَتُرِكَ مَزَّقَ السِّقَاءُ»

✧ That nabidh should not be made on lees, and the skin should be tied from where it reaches, and if it reaches and is left, it will tear the skin.
