أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ قَالَا

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنِ ابْتَاعَ نَخْلًا مُؤَبَّرًا فَثَمَرَتُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ وَمَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا لَهُ مَالٌ فَمَالُهُ لِسَيِّدِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ»

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever buys pollinated palm trees, the fruit belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise. And whoever sells a slave who has wealth, the wealth belongs to his master, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise.'
