✧ The remembrance of the servant leads to his liberation and wealth.

أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ حَفْصٍ وَهُوَ ابْنُ غَيْلَانَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَعَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ فَلَهُ مَالُهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ وَمَنْ أَبَّرَ نَخْلًا فَبَاعَهُ بَعْدَ تَأْبِيرِهِ فَلَهُ ثَمَرُهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever sells a slave who has wealth, the wealth belongs to him, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise. And whoever pollinates palm trees and then sells them after pollination, the fruit belongs to him, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise.'
