عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ عَنْ مُعْتَمِرِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عَبْدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شَقِيصًا فِي مَمْلُوكٍ فَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ مَالٌ قَوَّمْنَاهُ عَلَيْهِ»
