أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا كَانَ عَبْدٌ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ فَأَعْتَقَ أَحَدُهُمَا نَصِيبَهُ فَإِنْ كَانَ مُوسِرًا فَإِنَّهُ يُقَوَّمُ عَلَيْهِ قِيمَةٌ لَا وَكْسَ وَلَا شَطَطَ ثُمَّ يُعْتِقُ»
