أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ
«لَا يَصْلُحُ الْخُلْعُ حَتَّى يَجِيءَ مِنَ الْمَرْأَةِ»
