أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ طَارِقٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ يَقُولُ §لَا يَصْلُحُ مِنَ الزَّرْعِ غَيْرُ ثَلَاثٍ أَرْضٌ يَمْلِكُ رَقَبَتَهَا أَوْ مِنْحَةٌ أَوْ أَرْضٌ بَيْضَاءُ يَسْتَأْجِرُهَا بِذَهَبٍ أَوْ فِضَّةٍ وَرَوَى الزُّهْرِيُّ الْكَلَامَ الْأَوَّلَ

عَنْ سَعِيدٍ فَأَرْسَلَهُ
