أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ طَارِقٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ

«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ» قَالَ سَعِيدٌ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ وَرَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ طَارِقٍ

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Aḥmad b. Sulaymān
  2. ʿUbaydullāh
  3. Isrāʾīl
  4. Ṭāriq
  5. Saʿīd

✧ "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade muhaqalah." Sa'id said something similar. Sufyan b. Sa'id narrated it from Tariq.
