أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ سَأَلَ عَطَاءٌ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ مُوسَى قَالَ حَدَّثَ جَابِرٌ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيُزْرِعْهَا أَخَاهُ وَلَا يُكْرِيهَا أَخَاهُ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَقَدْ رَوَى النَّهْيَ عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ يَزِيدُ بْنُ نُعَيْمٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever has land, let him cultivate it or have his brother cultivate it, and not rent it out to his brother.” Abu Abd al-Rahman said: The prohibition of muhaqalah was also narrated by Yazid b. Nuaym from Jabir.
