أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بَغْدَادِيٌّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أُسَيْدُ ابْنُ أَخِي رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ أَمْرٍ كَانَ لَنَا نَافِعًا وَطَاعَةُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْفَعُ لَنَا قَالَ «مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا فَإِنْ عَجَزَ عَنْهَا فَلْيُزْرِعْهَا أَخَاهُ» خَالَفَهُ عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ مَالِكٍ

✧ Rafi' b. Khadij said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade a matter that was beneficial for us, and obedience to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ is more beneficial for us." He said: "Whoever has land, let him cultivate it; if he is unable, let him give it to his brother to cultivate." 'Abd al-Karim b. Malik disagreed with him.
