أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَحْبُوبٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ زَائِدَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي قَوْلِهِ {أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلَّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ} [الأنفال 41] قَالَ خُمْسُ اللهِ وَخُمْسُ رَسُولِهِ ﷺ وَاحِدٌ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يَحْمِلُ مِنْهُ وَيُعْطِي مِنْهُ وَيَضَعُهُ حَيْثُ شَاءَ وَيَضَعُ بِهِ مَا شَاءَ»

✧ Regarding His saying: {And know that whatever you gain as spoils, then for God is one fifth of it and for the Messenger} [al-Anfal 41], he said: "The fifth of God and the fifth of His Messenger ﷺ are one. The Messenger of God ﷺ used to carry from it, give from it, and place it wherever he wished, and distribute with it as he wished."
