أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَيَّاشُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي خَيْرُ بْنُ نُعَيْمٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ {وَالْفَجْرِ وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍ} [الفجر 1] قَالَ عَشْرُ النَّحْرِ وَالْوَتْرُ يَوْمُ عَرَفَةَ وَالشَّفْعُ يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ

✧ "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'By the dawn and the ten nights.' [Quran 89:1] He said, 'The ten nights refer to the ten days of sacrifice (during Hajj), and the odd (nights) refer to the day of Arafah and the day of sacrifice.'"
