✧ The ordering of tranquility in the overflow from Arafah.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ سَيْفٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لَمَّا أَفَاضَ مِنْ عَرَفَةَ جَعَلَ يَقُولُ «السَّكِينَةَ عِبَادَ اللهِ» يَقُولُ بِيَدِهِ هَكَذَا وَأَشَارَ أَبُو أَيُّوبَ بِبَاطِنِ كَفِّهِ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ

✧ When the Prophet ﷺ departed from Arafah, he began saying: "Tranquility, O servants of Allah," and he gestured with his hand like this, and Abu Ayyub pointed with the palm of his hand toward the sky.
