✧ The ordering of tranquility in the overflow from Arafah.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ هُوَ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ

أَفَاضَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ عَرَفَةَ وَعَلَيْهِ السَّكِينَةُ وَأَمَرَنَا بِالسَّكِينَةِ ثُمَّ قَالَ «خُذُوا مَنَاسِكَكُمْ لِعَلِّي لَا أَلْقَاكُمْ بَعْدَ عَامِي هَذَا وَارْمُوا بِمِثْلِ حَصَى الْخَذْفِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ departed from Arafah with tranquility, and he commanded us to be tranquil. Then he said: "Take your rites from me, for perhaps I will not meet you after this year of mine. And throw pebbles like the small stones of Khadhf."
