✧ Prohibition of embalming the forbidden deceased when they die

أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
وَقَصَتْ رَجُلًا مُحْرِمًا نَاقَتُهُ فَقَتَلَتْهُ فَأُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «اغْسِلُوهُ وَكَفِّنُوهُ وَلَا تُغَطُّوا رَأْسَهُ وَلَا تُقَرِّبُوهُ طِيبًا فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُهِلُّ»

✧ A man in ihram fell from his camel, which broke his neck and killed him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was brought to him and said, “Wash him and shroud him, do not cover his head, and do not bring perfume near him, for he will be raised on the Day of Resurrection proclaiming the talbiyah.”
