أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ قَالَ شَهِدَ عِنْدِي نَفَرٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ مِنْهُمْ الْحَسَنُ عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ رَأَى رَجُلًا يَحْتَجِمُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ فَقَالَ «أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ»
