أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ وَشُرَيْحِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ أَنَّهُمْ ذَكَرُوا عِنْدَ عَائِشَةَ الْقُبْلَةَ لِلصَّائِمِ فَقَالَتْ
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يُقَبِّلُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ» وَيُبَاشِرُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ وَكَانَ أَمْلَكَكُمْ لِإِرْبِهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ خَالَفَهُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ فَأَرْسَلَهُ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to kiss while fasting, and he used to have intimate contact while fasting, and he was the most capable of you in controlling his desire ﷺ. Abu 'Abd al-Rahman said: 'Abd al-Rahman disagreed with him and narrated it in mursal form.
