أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ لَا يُخْسَفَانِ لِمَوْتِ أَحَدٍ وَلَا لِحَيَاتِهِ وَلَكِنَّهُمَا آيَةٌ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللهِ فَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمُوهُمَا فَصَلُّوا»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The sun and the moon do not eclipse for anyone's death or life, but they are a sign among the signs of Allah. So when you see them, pray.'
