أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ
جَاءَ سُلَيْكٌ الْغَطَفَانِيُّ وَرَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَاعِدٌ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ فَقَعَدَ سُلَيْكٌ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَرَكَعْتَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ؟» قَالَ لَا قَالَ «قُمْ فَارْكَعْهُمَا»

✧ Sulayk al-Ghatafani came while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was sitting on the pulpit, and Sulayk sat before praying. The Prophet ﷺ said to him: "Have you prayed two rak'ahs?" He said: No. He said: "Stand and pray them."
