✧ The reward of those who persevere in performing twelve units of prayer daily and nightly and mention the variations in the wording transmitted from 'Ata' regarding that.

أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْمَقْسَمِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ بَلَغَنِي أَنَّكَ تَرْكَعُ قَبْلَ الْجُمُعَةِ اثْنَتَيْ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً أَبَلَغَكَ فِي ذَلِكَ خَبَرٌ؟ فَقَالَ أَخْبَرَتْ أُمُّ حَبِيبَةَ عَنْبَسَةَ بْنَ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ رَكَعَ اثْنَتَيْ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً فِي الْيَوْمِ وَاللَّيْلَةِ سِوَى الْمَكْتُوبَةِ بَنَى اللهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever prays twelve rak'ahs in a day and night, apart from the obligatory prayers, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise."
