أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ وَكَانَ
يُقَالُ لَهُ بُومَةَ لَيْسَ بِهِ بَأْسٌ وَأَبُوهُ لَيْسَ بِثِقَةٍ وَلَا مَأْمُونٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ فَاتَتْهُ صَلَاةٌ صَلَّاهَا مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَنَامَ عَنْهَا كَانَ ذَلِكَ صَدَقَةً تَصَدَّقَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَكُتِبَ لَهُ أَجْرُ صَلَاتِهِ»
Translation

✧ He is called Bumah; there is no harm in him, but his father is neither trustworthy nor reliable. He said: Abu Ja'far al-Razi narrated to us, from Muhammad b. al-Munkadir, from Sa'id b. Jubayr, from al-Aswad b. Yazid, from 'A'ishah, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever misses a prayer that he was to perform at night, and then sleeps through it, that is a charity that Allah bestows upon him, and the reward of his prayer is written for him.'
