أَنْبَأَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يُونُسَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَمَةٌ يَطَؤُهَا فَلَمْ تَزَلْ بِهِ عَائِشَةُ وَحَفْصَةُ حَتَّى حَرَّمَهَا فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ ﷻ {يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ لِمَ تُحَرِّمُ مَا أَحَلَّ اللهُ لَكَ تَبْتَغِي مَرْضَاتَ } [التحريم 1] إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had a slave woman whom he used to have relations with. Aishah and Hafsah kept at him until he made her forbidden for himself. Then Allah ﷻ revealed: "O Prophet, why do you forbid what Allah has made lawful for you, seeking the pleasure [of your wives]" to the end of the verse.
