أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو صَالِحٍ الْمَكِّيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ مَسْعُودِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «نُصِرْتُ بِالصَّبَا وَأُهْلِكَتْ عَادٌ بِالدَّبُورِ»

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “I was granted victory by the east wind, and ʿĀd was destroyed by the west wind.”
