أَخْبَرَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ اللَّيْثِ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ قَالَ اللهُ ﷻ كَذَّبَنِي ابْنُ آدَمَ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ يَنْبَغِي لَهُ أَنْ يُكَذِّبَنِي وَشَتَمَنِي ابْنُ آدَمَ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يَشْتِمَنِي أَمَّا تَكْذِيبُهُ إِيَّايَ فَقَوْلُهُ لَا أُعِيدُهُ كَمَا بَدَأْتُهُ وَلَيْسَ آخِرُ الْخَلْقِ بِأَعَزَّ عَلَيَّ مِنْ أَوَّلِهِ وَأَمَّا شَتْمُهُ إِيَّايَ فَقَوْلُهُ اتَّخَذَ اللهُ وَلَدًا وَأَنَا اللهُ أَحَدٌ الصَّمَدُ لَمْ أَلِدْ وَلَمْ أُولَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لِي كُفْوًا أَحَدٌ

✧ From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ: He said: Allah ﷻ said, “The son of Ādam belied Me, though he had no right to belie Me, and the son of Ādam reviled Me, though he had no right to revile Me. As for his belying Me, it is his saying, ‘He will not bring me back as He created me at first,’ though the final creation is not more difficult for Me than the first. As for his reviling Me, it is his saying, ‘Allah has taken a son,’ but I am Allah, the One, the Self-Sufficient. I do not beget, nor was I begotten, and there is none equal to Me.”
