Sūrat al-Nisāʾ

أَخْبَرَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَذَكَرَ كَلِمَةً مَعْنَاهَا قَالَ «ائْتُونِي بِالْكَتِفِ وَالدَّوَاةِ» فَكَتَبَ {لَا يَسْتَوِي الْقَاعِدُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ} [النساء 95] وَعَمْرُو ابْنُ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ خَلْفَهُ قَالَ هَلْ مِنْ رُخْصَةٍ؟ فَنَزَلَتْ {غَيْرُ أُولِي الضَّرَرِ} [النساء 95]
Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ mentioned something whose meaning was: 'Bring me a shoulder blade and an inkwell.' So he wrote: {Not equal are those who sit among the believers} [al-Nisāʾ 95], while ʿAmr b. Umm Maktūm was behind him. He said, 'Is there a concession?' Then was revealed: {other than those with disabilities} [al-Nisāʾ 95].
