أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اثْنَتَانِ يَسِيرٌ وَمَنْ يَعْمَلُ بِهِمَا قَلِيلٌ وَمَنْ يُحَافِظُ عَلَيْهِمَا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ» قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَا هُمَا؟ قَالَ «يُسَبِّحُ أَحَدُكُمْ إِذَا فَرَغَ مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ عَشْرًا وَيَحْمَدُ عَشْرًا وَيُكَبِّرُ عَشْرًا وَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنَامَ مِائَةً فَذَلِكَ مِائَتَانِ وَخَمْسُونَ بِاللِّسَانِ وَأَلْفَانِ وَخَمْسُمِائَةٍ فِي الْمِيزَانِ فَأَيُّكُمْ يَعْمَلُ فِي يَوْمِهِ وَلَيْلَتِهِ أَلْفَيْنِ وَخَمْسَمِائَةِ سَيِّئَةٍ» قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ فَأَنَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَعْقِدُهَا بِيَدِهِ وَقَفَهُ الْعَوَّامُ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are two things that are easy; whoever does them in small amounts, and whoever preserves them will enter Paradise." We asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what are they?" He said, "One of you should glorify Allah ten times, praise Him ten times, and say Allahu Akbar ten times after completing his prayer. And when he wants to sleep, that is two hundred and fifty with the tongue, and two thousand five hundred in the scale. So which one of you works in his day and night two thousand five hundred bad deeds?" Abdullah said, "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ grasping it in his hand, and the common people stood up."
