✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: “Whoever performs ablution and perfects it, sin departs from his hearing, his sight, his hands, and his feet.” Abu Zabyah al-Himsi said: And I heard Amr b. Abasah narrating this from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He said: And I heard him say: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: “Whoever spends the night pure, remembering Allah, and wakes at any hour of the night asking Allah for anything of the affairs of this world or the Hereafter, He will grant it to him.” [298] Shimir b. Atiyyah disagreed with the two of them.
