✧ The virtue of reciting "Blessed is the One in Whose Hand is the Dominion

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِأَبِي أُسَامَةَ أَحَدَّثَكُمْ شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَبَّاسٍ الْجُشَمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ سُورَةً فِي الْقُرْآنِ ثَلَاثِينَ آيَةً شَفَعَتْ لِصَاحِبِهَا حَتَّى غُفِرَ لَهُ {تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ} [الملك 1] فَأَقَرَّ بِهِ أَبُو أُسَامَةَ وَقَالَ نَعَمْ

Translation

✧ On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said: "Indeed, a surah in the Qur'an of thirty verses interceded for its companion until he was forgiven: {Blessed is the One in Whose Hand is the Dominion} [al-Mulk: 1]." Abu Usamah affirmed it and said: "Yes."
