أَخْبَرَنِي زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ حَسَنٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ دَخَلَ عَلَى ابْنٍ لَهُ مَرِيضٌ يُقَالُ لَهُ صَالِحٌ فَقَالَ
قُلْ «لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ الْحَلِيمُ الْكَرِيمُ سُبْحَانَ اللهِ رَبِّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي اللهُمَّ ارْحَمْنِي اللهُمَّ تَجَاوَزْ عَنِّي اللهُمَّ اعْفُ عَنِّي فَإِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ غَفُورٌ» ثُمَّ قَالَ هَؤُلَاءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ عَلَّمَنِيهِنَّ عَمِّي وَذَكَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَلَّمَهُنَّ إِيَّاهُ
Translation

✧ Say: 'There is no god but Allah, the Forbearing, the Generous. Glory be to Allah, Lord of the Mighty Throne. O Allah, forgive me. O Allah, have mercy on me. O Allah, pardon me. O Allah, absolve me, for You are Pardoning, Forgiving.' Then he said: These words my uncle taught me, and he mentioned that the Prophet ﷺ taught them to him.
