قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ لُوَيْنٌ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ لُدِغَ فَبَلَغَ مِنْهُ مَا شَاءَ اللهُ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَوْ قَالَ أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ لَمْ يَضُرُّهُ

✧ A man from the companions of the Prophet ﷺ was stung, and he suffered as much as Allah willed. That reached the Prophet ﷺ, and he said: 'Indeed, if he had said: "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created," it would not have harmed him.'
