أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ وَهُوَ ابْنُ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ الشَّدِيدَ لَيْسَ مَنْ غَلَبَ الرِّجَالَ وَلَكِنَّ الشَّدِيدَ مَنْ غَلَبَ نَفْسَهُ»
